Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer
A leading evangelist of XR tech, Rene is among the top Virtual Production (VP) producers in Hollywood, having directed/produced 350+ commercials, shorts and pilots, and served as VP lead on 100+ deployments. He also is Co-Founder and Executive Producer at Glowcraft Films, an affiliated XR VP co-production venture. Major media brands that employed Rene’s expertise include Disney, Sony, Discovery WB, Lionsgate, Universal Pictures, NBC, Fox, Paramount, AT&T, LEGO, A+E Networks, PBS Digital Studios, Playboy, MoMA, AOL, Barnes & Noble, Doubleday, M&Ms. Among the numerous awards he has received with ARwall include recognition from NAB, CES, the Emmy’s, SXSW and Silicon Beach Fest. Rene began his career early, working with his parents on multiple startups. He holds a B.A. in Film & Digital Media from UC, Santa Cruz, where he honed complementary skills in VFX, graphics, color and games design.
Co-Founder, President and Chief Product Officer
With a reputation for excellence, Jocelyn is an award-winning inventor and producer who has led tech, design and production teams for the largest media brands in the world. She served as Virtual Production lead on all of ARwall’s 120+ deployments, and has produced and/or directed 350+ other projects. Hsu co-produced Sony’s PSVR2 live action trailer for first-person shooter franchise Crossfire, inventing an array of novel techniques for the spot to recreate the game’s frenetic action. The resulting ARFX product line won AI Product of the Year at NAB Show 2024. Jocelyn was PM at groundbreaking AR studio Trigger Global creating for Sony, Warner Brothers, Lionsgate, and LEGO’s AR mobile apps. She was co-founder and Executive Producer at Automaton Creative, and digital producer for 15 seasons at NBC’s The Voice, America’s Got Talent, Saturday Night Live, and many Fox properties, including American Idol and The Simpsons. An Absen Certified Engineer, Jocelyn earned department honors and Phi Beta Kappa along with her B.A. in Film & Digital Media at UCSC.
Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer
Leon brings to the team over 25+ years of technical mastery as a software engineer with a focus in real-time 3D graphics, VR/XR, and systems architecture. He served lead/senior technical roles on over 16 AAA shipped titles as a veteran of top developers including EA, Microsoft Studios, Konami Digital Entertainment, and more. Prior to joining ARwall, he served as Technical Director at Skydance Interactive.
Advisor, Corporate & Marcom Strategy
An award-winning entrepreneurial strategist, Allison specializes in accelerating ventures in interactive video, advising companies in streaming, XR and branded content. Multiple exits include as CSO of Webcasts.com (IPO as iBeam) and Mozaic. She chairs the Media and Space groups for L.A. Venture Association and was CEO/Co-founder of ITV Alliance representing Fortune 500 tech/media brands. She is CSO for DMG, a Roku, Samsung and STIRR partner. Allison has contributed to numerous tech-forward entertainment initiatives for companies such as Liberty Media, IBM, AOL, France Telecom, AT&T, Stan Lee Media and AEG. She holds an M.A. from U.VA.

Fred is an experienced startup veteran, having built successful ad tech and streaming media companies as an executive, including notable wins with Xumo and Tubi. His specialties span business development, media sales, advertising operations, digital marketing, and product development. He has a passion for developing early-stage start-ups. At ARwall he contributes to customer acquisition, product strategy, and monetization.

Senior Software Engineer
Danny is a programmer with nearly a decade of experience in real-time engines, specializing in Unreal Engine. In his roles, he's turned creator's ideas and dreams into reality by building the tools, devices, and tech needed to achieve their vision. At ARwall, he serves as a project's technical lead with over 6 years of high-touch experience supporting real-time tech deployments for both indie and major studio clients. Danny previously worked in AI and gameplay mechanics for Dungeon Defenders 2 for Trendy Entertainment.
Virtual Production Producer, Virtual Art Director
With a diversified background that spans not only animation and feature film production but also includes military intelligence for Special Operations and martial arts. Ryan has experienced what most only know through stories. He has lived in multiple countries and extensively traveled worldwide, giving him an invaluable understanding of cross-cultural context and how to appeal to global audiences. While completing a BFA specializing in Drawing and Illustration he started creating 3D graphics and animations for NBC and FOX local news networks, eventually ending up in Los Angeles on Legendary’s “Godzilla King of the Monsters.” He then worked his way to ARwall’s cutting-edge Virtual Production studio in 2019 where he has filled multiple roles-- on-set technician, storyboarding, pitch Illustrations, and environment creation for production. In addition, Ryan has built Virtual Production stages internationally as a Certified Absen Engineer. He continues his professional development at Gnomon School of VFX to stay abreast of the latest in industry best practices.
Board Member, Finance
Sue has over 20 years of experience in finance including M&A, Financial Planning & Analysis and business strategy. She served significant leadership positions from Prototype Groupe, Playboy Enterprises, Freedom Communications, Hitachi GST, Walt Disney and LG Mobile. She earned her MBA from Illinois Institute of Technology.
Advisor, Production & VFX
John Canning is an Executive Producer for VR, AR, and Interactive at Digital Domain, which creates visual effects for feature films including most recently Avengers: Infinity War. They also create visuals for advertising, games, training, and immersive content, including their own original content. Prior to Digital Domain, John was the VP of Interactive Experiences for NBCUniversal. As Chief Advisor, John Canning will foster connections between ARwall principals and the production industry, leveraging his immense knowledge and longstanding career to suggest key contacts, events and work opportunities to the company.
