ARwall Infinite Studio 2: More Creative Control, From Prompt to Production
Explore the August 2026 updates, through version 2.0.18.
Before a client approves a direction or a camera starts rolling, someone has to make the idea visible. The setting needs to feel right. The visuals need to serve the story. And your team needs room to explore before committing to a look.
ARwall’s ARFX Infinite Studio 2 brings generative AI backdrop creation and real-time previews into a virtual production workflow. Studio Brain, inside the app, gives creators tools to generate and refine visual assets.
The updates released through August 2026 make more of that process accessible within the app, from generating two images with one prompt to reviewing media and saving 3D assets. For teams developing campaigns, films, or educational content, these features offer practical ways to explore an idea and carry the strongest work forward.
Version 2.0.18 adds the option to generate two images from a single prompt in Studio Brain. That gives you two outputs to assess from the same creative starting point.
For a product launch, for example, you could describe the setting you want, review both results, and choose which one to develop for your pitch or shoot. Use the comparison to decide what works and what needs another pass.
August also brings generation options for images and video, introduced in version 2.0.17 alongside curated memories in Studio Brain.
Earlier improvements support the next round of creative decisions. You can recall previous prompts with the up arrow, expand a generated image for a closer look, and use Iterate to bring an image into your next prompt. Updates to image caching improve how that image is prepared for the next request.
Try that process with a brief you’re working on now. Generate two images, choose a direction, and refine it into something you can put in front of a client or collaborator. Give the discussion a visual starting point.
Studio Brain’s creative possibilities extend into dimensional environments. Introduced in version 2.0.11, Gaussian Splat generation supports a workflow for turning images into 3D environments for virtual production. That release also corrected depth-map generation; older images may need to be regenerated to use the improvements. Read ARwall’s image-to-3D update.
The surrounding tools help you explore those assets. Studio Brain uses a 3D viewer for models, splats, and depth maps, and the Media Browser now lets you save GLB and Splat files directly.
For filmmakers and studio teams, that gives a promising image another possible use: developing it into an environment to evaluate for a production. You can inspect the result and save the relevant files as you explore whether it fits the scene you want to create.
A promising result is worth being able to find again, especially when a project goes through several rounds of feedback.
Studio Brain’s Media Browser is available from the Options menu. Conversations can be renamed, messages have timestamps, and histories follow chronological order with page navigation for longer conversations.
Name a conversation for the campaign or scene it belongs to. When you return to the work, that name gives you a clearer starting point. Video preview images and expandable image previews also help you review what you’ve generated.
On Windows, saved-file notifications let you open the file or its folder directly, giving you a convenient route from the app to the asset you’ve saved.
Version 2.0.18 adds a message-loading indicator to show when Studio Brain is processing. Conversation scrolling has been improved, and a dedicated page offers a reload option when the service is unavailable.
Tooltips add guidance around the app, while the changelog is now available in Settings so you can check what each update introduces.
The broader release cycle has also addressed scene-launch login issues, refined image conversion, and added download pause, resume, and validation. These changes improve practical steps you encounter as you open scenes, manage downloads, and work with media.
Bring one current brief into Infinite Studio 2. Explore two image outputs, refine the direction you prefer, and review and save your assets through the Media Browser. If your project calls for a dimensional environment, explore the Gaussian Splat workflow and assess the result against your production needs.
That gives you a concrete way to evaluate where Infinite Studio 2 can contribute to your work, whether you’re preparing a client pitch or developing visuals for the next shoot.
